Claimants with claims for Disease Level IV-VIII may seek Individual Review of the liquidated value of their claims. The Individual Review Process is intended to result in payments equal to the full liquidated value for each claim multiplied by the Payment Percentage; however, the liquidated value of any Asbestos Claim that undergoes Individual Review may be less than the Scheduled Value for the relevant Disease Level.
