The Owens-Illinois Asbestos Personal Injury Trust began accepting claims with Trust Online on October 3, 2022.  As set forth in the Trust Distribution Procedures, claims are being reviewed in FIFO order. Offers are not being made at this time, but deficiency notices are being issued.  Once the Trust knows when it will be in a position to begin making offers, it will provide another update.
